Witness Testimony

"I was taking my two dogs outside for a routine nightly bathroom break, clear night sky, on the side that my dogs usually go potty on i looked up and noticed a very oddly bright to what i fist thought to just be anther star be i then noticed how it was flicking very quickly so i kept my eye on it knowing that it was unusual than the most of the stars around it, about the same size but much brighter white than then rest of them but, at one point it was flickering different colors but not 100% sure what colors they were, think i tried to communicate by using my thoughts, and it would respond instantly, one point it went down it the motion of a leaf, and then stopped, I was skiing my head no and would imitate my motions, I was trying to speak to it to see its reactions and it would just stay still while i was talking to it as if it was trying to understand not sure but i felt a connection with it as if it was waiting for me to go outside to see it... my feelings towards it were neutral I didn't feel that it was good or bad... I just wasn't sure what else i could do in my situation that i was in so i just went inside and kinda just thought about what i should do, i don't have a good camera that could have been able to see it so i just went nine to report it, after i came in."
