Witness Testimony

"I was @ work Friday afternoon. I work @ a daycare and had the kids on an open field next to the church where the daycare is located. I was walking in a northerly direction across the field with some kids and looked up in to the sky. It was a bright, clear day and there were very few clouds,if any. I saw a bright shiny silver object off to the north and I immediately thought it was a plane. There is an airport in Roswell and we see planes over this field all the time.Then I realized the object wasn't moving. I watched it for a few minutes more. It just hung there, reflecting the sun. I also thought it might be a light on an antennae, but could see nothing under it. It looked like it might have been spinning. A co-worker called me and I looked over @ her and when I turned back( no more then 4 seconds) the object had disappeared from view. I searched the sky in every direction to find it but it was just gone!I didn't feel scared or freaked out. Just mildly surprised that I actually saw something I could not explain, a UFO. I thought to myself " Oh. So that's what they look like. Go figure."The object loked like 2 shallow bowls on top of each other.With my arms straight out in front of me it looked to be an inch in length. It had to have been huge for me to see it. It was far off in the distance but clearly visible. It was silver and shiny, reflecting the sunlight. I guess its brightness is what caught my eye in the first place. I always look up when outside.I live in Roswell! I appeared to hang motionless in the sky. As said I first thought it was a plane, so I kept waiting for it to change direction or something. It could have been rotating in place because the light did seem to have movement, like a shimmer. I saw no lights from my vantage point. I heard no engine noise. When I turned to my coworker and turned back to the object it was no longer there. It had simply disappeared. I searched the sky to try to find it, but couldn't. The whole event took no more then 5 minutes."
