Witness Testimony

"I was heading West/North West on highway/freeway 94 in between Monticello, MN and Clear Water, MN.I was initially driving the speed limit (70MPH) when I noticed an incredibly bright object in the sky above the freeway. This light was white colored and so bright that it was flaring.I attempted to take a picture while driving but it was dark out and I had to stay on the road. My phone camera wasn't picking up what I was observing with my own two eyes.I had slowed down to about 50MPH to get a good look at this thing. It took me about 1-3 minutes to get right under it while driving @50MPH.What I observed while passing right underneath it was triangular shaped with a bunch of small but bright blinking/pulsating LED looking lights. There were 1 or 2 small solid red LED looking lights. I continued to drive past it, still heading West/North West towards Clear Water, MN. I looked in my rear view mirror, and the white light was SUPER bright and flaring again. This light completely surrounded the object, except underneath it, and possibly on top of it.It was almost stationary, but when it would move it would move slowly and left a small trail behind it."
