Witness Testimony

"In the daylight about 8pm noticed a distant white light to the sw about half way to zenith or 45deg above the horizon. it was the size of a smaller star or saturn. not as big as venus. and i'd say about -2 to -3 in magnitude as it was visible in daylight. initially appeared stationary but realized it moved very slowly to the south and dropped a little in elevation over a two hour period. about an hour into it a large white airplane with no visible markings crossed perpendicular to it some distance away. as the sun set it got dimmer and eventually disappeared. checked satellite and orbital data. the only item found was a weather balloon launched above pittsburg pa. about 1500 miles away.
