SIGHTING: FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"It was 10:30 at night I had stepped out on my third story balcony for a smoke. I had seen clouds to the south of me and I had seen lightening in them which is odd for October to me. Then in the clear part of the sky I had seen what I thought was a satellite moving from the southeast to the west moving at a pretty good speed. As I was watching, it has flown in a Z pattern quickly then had stopped in the sky. As my eyes focused on the object I could see the outline was in a black saucer shape and it had Blue and Green exterior lights that had pulsated. As I had looked onward a transparent cloud had went under it but I still could see it because my eyes were fixed on it. As the cloud had blew by I could see it dim its lights and blend in the night sky except for one dim light. Then I could see the dim light move around in an aimless flight pattern before it had shot off southward in the night sky. It was weird that as I was looking at it I felt I was in a stand off. Also when I had observed it while the lights were visible and it was hovering I felt dizzy for a few seconds. Like a magnetic wave had went over me. "
