Witness Testimony

" was in our hot tub looking south. 1st saw an object moving from south to north and thought it was a lone bird...But wondered why a bird would be that high and moving faster than i originally thought....Disappeared after a minute or so and i thought "oh well" that was weird. 5 minutes later i looked to the south and saw 2 lights/stars that i thought were planes coming into fargo hector on approach but they were very high and very far away to the south....They then appeared to be motionless and then the one on the right moved "under" the other one and then they came closer. at this point, i went and asked my wife to come out and look and she did see them...Saying that was weird and maybe they were drones..I'm thinking weather balloons myself....Then the one that was below moved counterclockwise to about even with the one on the left. i went in to get my phone to take a pic (not sure it would have shown up) or at least find some binoculars...When i came back outside...Nothing. very weird to say the least."
