"Witness (A) and (B) have observed a bright star-like object to the east nightly during the early morning hours between 5am to 6:30 am, 11Sep to 26Sep2015. The observed inclination angle is between 15 to 20 degrees. When viewed with binoculars a colorful light show is observed within the object itself. "
