Witness Testimony

"It was 11:30 on a Thursday night. It was overcast. I was sitting outside my house in a lawn chair having a ciragette and looking around (to the northwest) when something to the southwest caught my attention. It was a very large and very bright object streaking across the sky. When I caught sight of it, it was above the three story house next to mine. It had three large very bright green lights(the color of a traffic light, but it appeared to be one solid object I did not see the front of the craft, it was past me by the time I saw it. It left a green trail but only for a second. I would estimate the size to be aournd the length of my car (2005 Chevy Tahoe) not the back but the length of the side of the car. It was totally silent but I did not realize that until about ten minutes later because I was so stunned at the time. It only took a matter of seconds for it to shoot across the sky and it was on a downward trajectory. At the time that it was going overhead I remember putting my hands on the arms of the chair and bracing for an impact. I thought to myself that when that thing hits the ground it is going to sound like an atomic bomb going off. After several seconds I realized it was not going to impact the ground and that stunned me even more. I am 65 years old and have been watching the sky my whole life and I have seen some pretty strange things but this shook me up badly. I was a solid object, going faster than anything I have ever seen, on a downward trajectory toward the ground, and it must have landed somewhere because it did not impact the earth. If it had it have made a noise hat could have been heard for many, many miles. "
