"A bright light circular in shape moving in a number 8 motion repeatedly for for more than an hour ... The light can only be seen when its passing under a cloud ... They are two but the other can not be seen well,its bn obstacted by a tall building so i can see it properly or study its behaviour...it's moving probably at a speed of 20-40km/hr"
