Witness Testimony

"I was watching an aircraft travelling east approximately over the city of Chester. I then noticed a bright light travelling from North to south, the light was moving at speed then faded out for less than a second. The light shone bright for a very brief moment the disappeared. The object was close enough to the other airlift when it disappeared, I could still see the other aircraft but no object. At first I thought it may be a reflection of the sun onto an aircraft, but it dawned on me quickly that I was viewing the object with the sun behind the object as I was travelling from West to East as the sun was coming up, so any light should have been reflecting on the opposite side. "
