Witness Testimony

"My wife and I were traveling south on hiway 61 south from Memphis heading to Tunica Casinos about 10:45-11:15am on01/19/2016 when I saw it above a group of tress to my front left side, at first I thought that someone was flying a delta type kite,we drove a little farther down the hiway, Then I noticed that it was way bigger than a kite, might it be a wierd blimp of sorts or could it be a test craft of our armed forces.I don't know, it seemed to be real big about two football fields in length and hovering about 500 ft. abouve a grove of trees over to my left about 1000+ feet away.I was driving so I had to pay attention to the Hwy speed that is posted at 60.I observed the craft for approximate 3-4 minutes before we passed it on my left side and could not see it anymore because of driving. I thought about pulling over but about the time I was going to someone in a late model minivan/suv brown in color had thier hazzerd lights on and was pulled over to the sholder of the Hwy. Thought that they might be watching it so we kept on going then a mile past the minivan suv we saw a black Tahoe suv with blue lights flashing pointing to the north sitting in the grassy area between the northbound and southbound lanes of Hwy 61 like he was observing the craft also.The craft was huge Cheveron/wing shape dark gray just a little darker than the cloud base above it just hovering above the tress,did not see any details or lights,Did not make any noise or mess with the vehicals electrical system and such, I just thought it was a little odd and that other people saw it would report it, like the people in the minivan and the Blacked out(Police)Tahoe.The Weather at the time approx.10:45-11:15am was 28*F overcast visabilty 10 mi. wind east@ 8mi. 43% humitiy bar.1033.1 millibars Date 01/19/2019Approx.
