SIGHTING: SAN ISIDRO MIRANDA, QUERÉTARO (MEXICO)

Witness Testimony

"About 9 pm 2 lights looking like fire orange(like the Chinese wish lanterns but not lanterns they were not affected by the wind which was not much and did not drift) appeared over the ocean a few degrees above the horizon.Then another appeared and then another.One by one they seemed to go out ont by one.About 3 minutes later 11 one at a time appeared .One photo from Rosario Beach looked like an rounded arrow. I am about 15 miles south of Rosario Beach and here it looked like a happy face(I know that sounds very silly). Each light seemed to be in to box like parts and pulsed.They were there for about 3=4 miutes and all went out one at a time.There was a large container ship in the area but it was much closer to shore.When I looked through binoculars I could focus on the ship but not on the glowing things, which made me think they were very far away.I called a few friends and only one was awake and also saw thisI saw no vehicle only these lights.It was not a ship or a mast of a boat,it didn't come from the container ship going to Ensenada and there was no cruise ship last night..It was not flairs or fire works..But on Facebook today 2 friends posted pictures and a video.I also saw another friend's video.I will ask them to post on this site. I can not upload the photo"
