Witness Testimony

"My wife and I were enjoying a beautiful clear night sitting outside on our patio around our fire pit. There were some people lighting off fireworks and we could see them in the distance and hear others close by. My wife spotted the light first coming up over the trees from the south west. She asked me "do you see it?"...and "get your phone out!" I grabbed my phone and started to video it as soon as I could. It was bright orange and pulsing, this didn't show up on my phone very well until I zoomed in on it. The object was traveling very fast, it was on what seemed to be an arc or that it was at the same altitude following the curvature of the earth. I have seen satellites many times and this seemed much closer because the light was so big and bright. It was not a plane for sure but we could certainly not explain it. Neither of us have ever seen anything like it! It travelled from SW to NW horizon at about 70 degrees in less than a minute. We lost sight of it as it either faded then completely disapeard."
