Witness Testimony

"I watched the light suddenly change directions and turn south west. I live on Lake Michigan and keep binoculars hanging inside on the deck door handle and wanted to get them but was afraid I would lose sight of the light. But as I watched, it seemed to grow dim as though it were behind a thin cloud layer. I finally did go to the door and retrieve the binocs and sure enough, lost the light. Disappointedly turned m attention back to the fireworks display but within a few seconds, the dim light was back in the north east and this time there could be no doubt there was something unusual about it. It started to flash on and off at a very regular interval but between flashes it changed positions in a random pattern with the distances between locations varying wildly. Some moves were far enough to seem impossible. This activity continued for about 8 to 10 minutes then quite suddenly two very bright lights came on, no more fuzziness, no more blinking and I could see a semblance of the rear structure of the craft as it moved very fast off to the south east until it vanished over the lake horizon. Now that I have had a chance to estimate all of the distance and size factors, L believe it was very, very large. Too bad this occurred during a fireworks display because I know what they will say about that! But on the other hand, had it not been for the display, I would not have been out on the deck. "
