"My partner was outside on our terrace at 1am last night having a cigarette. He said he saw an incredible bluey white flash of light which covered the entire second half of the wall of our building. He said it looked like daytime during the flash. He said there was an electrical noise coming from outside also after the flash that lasted about 30 seconds. There was nobody outside. We would like to remain anonymous."
