Witness Testimony

"In the sky to the west of our home there was an UFO flying against the direction of the Earth first appearing to hover, then moving closer and higher in the sky. The UFO changed direction to the south then circled clockwise several times before stoping and moving at a 35 degree angle upwards and to the north. The object dimmed and disappeared as if it moved away from us out of view for a few seconds then rotated back towards us and became even brighter than before. There was minor cloud cover, but the clouds were not obstructing our view at this point. When it reappeared it appeared to eotate towards us showing a cone shapped light protruding from the top of the object then moving in circles as it rotated backwards away from us. Then it began to move to the North and around in circles again before disappearing behind a cloud."
