Witness Testimony

"This is to supplement your active investigation into the Bakersfield, Ca. UFO incident of last week. I am skilled in photo restoration and decided to further investigate the published photo of this incident. After screen-capturing the published photo, I increased the resolution and focus several times to reveal the actual pilot of this craft. The pilot is wearing an orange skull-cap. This helpful location hint may be needed since my super-long and extreme-digital zoom of this photo is, as expected, not studio quality. Though at first the pilot appears to be human, closer inspection reveals a rather oddly shaped (camera) left-eye. The other eye is behind what appears to be an ocular navigation type eyepiece (triangular and silver).This incident also involved two UFO's at a higher altitude. I have not yet resolved those objects in that published photo.I understand that my version of this photo is unique and copyright-able, yet I authorize MUFON to use use this in any way to assist them in this ongoing investigation and as far as "Fair-Use" policies will allow.If my extreme zoom is helpful, I would deeply appreciate photo-credit as well as a link to MUFON's final report on this incident.In Service,Donald P.
