Witness Testimony

"Was sitting in backyard around 9:15 PM watching the stars when this bright white light came over head from west by north west direction(coming from the North Lake Tahoe area) going east by south east. There was no sound as it went by and was much bigger then the few other planes in the sky with their blinking red lights. It went over the town of Minden and Gardnerville. It appeared to be high up and went through the air so fine and pure. I then went in the house to get my binoculars as it was still going through the sky heading toward the west side of the Pine Nut Mountains. I looked through the binoculars and was able to see a doughnut shape object that had very bright white light all around it except the center which was dark. Also there were no blinking lights. In that white light was spots of really super smaller bright light(almost like LED lighting but brighter). It then started to descend in a curb instead of straight down. It seem to take forever to descend as I could see the stars going by as the object was moving. I then went back in the house to get my camcorder and when I came back out it was gone. I would estimate the object to be a quarter mile wide or maybe even bigger."
