Witness Testimony

"Hello, i am wondering if anyone sent in a report from this past sunday, the 3rd on a sighting in sparks, nv? i was leaving my cousin's house approximately at 9;20pm when i looked up in the sky and saw a red glowing light that was flashing green light. this did not feel like a natural light in the sky. i did not see any shape associated with it. it wasn't flying too far from the ground, i'm not good with numbers but it was lower than an airplane in the night sky. it was flying horizontally at a moderate speed. i stared at the light for a few minutes not feeling necessarily directed to but was amazed at what i was observing. i lose sight of the lights in the sky as i changed the direction of my route, it was as if the lights just disappeared.... "
