Witness Testimony

"I was sitting outside enjoying the evening. i was watching for jets in the sky. this white orb like light appears, but is high up above the clouds. my first thought is that it is a satellite. but it is still really bright out. i had my cellphone with me and video tape it. as i did my cellphone freaks out, and it looks like radio waves. i could not focus on anything so i focused on the tree. thinking that it would have faded i look up and still see it in the sky. i video taped it for almost 3 mins. i can't upload the video but took still shots of the video.
