"Was flying over river named daugava. (direction - south to north) noticed object when turned to my window. was flying in constant speed. not too slow, not too fast. because of trees, did not see where it ends. glowing white inside. did not look like oval orb. black outline. outline wasn't fixed. first time noticed this. in august 2011 noticed another possible ufo. it looked like object from calssical fantasy 'movies'. it was very, very slowly flying near the same area, like observing something. but different spot. altitude - coulds."
