Witness Testimony

"Red solid light moving eastward. It would stop and sometimes turn in corkscrew motions. At first I thought it was a flare as it seemed to move back and forth and then stop and hang midair, but it did not change color as flares do nor did it reduce in brightness. I watched it from my balcony when all of the sudden it began to flicker. So I thought...ah maybe a helicopter, but then the lights turned green then pulsed very quickly like a very fast strobe light. It returned to red and continued its irregular path east. I watched until I couldn't see it any longer. It never changed colors again."
