"Grey, disk-shaped object over Reykjavik, IcelandGrey, disk-shaped object moved across the city from the east and then turned to the north over the city center. Altitude about 3000 feet and low speed, like slow flying plane. Overcast and some rain but the object was clearly visible. The object appeared to have some kind of halo around it, maybe x7-8 diameter of the object. There was no trail and no lights. This was neither a plane nor a weather balloon."
