Witness Testimony

"At the beach, walking dogs with friend. i originally thought it was a plane acting strange. i saw an amber/light orange coloured light it was heading in a nw direction it began slow large zig zag pattern the speed of the light changed during one of the zigs slowed to a stop and moved extremely fast for a short distance about one cm from my point of veiw no more than 100m for the light then continued its zig-zag it then disappeared/vanished/dissipated we started again to head back to the car then it appeared 1-1.25 km closer it continued this as the same as before it moved with impossible speed and stoped instantly i was mesmerized i then asked my friend if she had her phone on her but she like myself left it at the car, the light once again disappeared and we went back to the car as we got there it appeared again much higher travelling horizontally to the original two paths we got the phones on to it but we couldn't see the significantly dimmer light with the phones camera, if required i can get the video off of her phone for further investigation. +++ "
