"Driving with my girl saw bright light bright light would fade in and out. stoped at elma ponds. the lights at the nuke site were flashing different than usual. the nuke site is non active. it was built to 85% and supposedly, nasa is doing sound testing there. you can probably look that up. the lights are now back to normal at the power plant. "
