Witness Testimony

"At about 7pm, october 23, 2017, on the far side of twilight, i was standing in the street in front of my home stargazing, when i noticed at treetop level [about 55 degrees up] a silvery glowing object, about bb-sized at arm's length, emerge from the north sky obscured by the trees, it flew out from behind the tree line [but at high altitude], sailed in front of a star then changed directions haltingly, weaving [itself] left and right a few degrees each direction, crossing the sky above me about 80 degrees, bearing eastward with the same weaving movement, [crossing paths with a satellite midway, about 85 degrees up, which was headed northwest] until it finally disappeared behind the tree line to my east. i figured it was not terrestrial aircraft [no noise, no flight lights flashing, faster than normal] nor a satellite [changed directions, different color, did not fade]. it was a different color than the stars/planets in the night sky, as well, with a distinct silvery chrome-ey glow. the whole episode took roughly 2 minutes."
