Witness Testimony

"I was outside walking my dog when i first noticed the object around 7pm. i started paying attention to the sound that was coming from the sky. i was able to pull my phone out and capture video and sounds from the object. i am unsure what the object is or what it was doing. i just remember having the feeling like someone was watching me and feeling very drawn to the bright light in the sky. i remember having cold chills and feeling very freaked out from what i was seeing. i watched the object for almost an hour move about in the sky sometimes fading to a distance and sometimes almost like it was shining a light beam in my exact direction. i finally got so freaked out i went back inside the house and remained for the night. the following day when looking at the video and the picture i noticed in the picture i looked at the cloud like formation on the left side of the bright star shaped light in the sky and it appeared to have a shape of with a head and large eyes. it was like a cloud structure but the cloud that night were all very low flying like you can see in the picture. ever since i have felt like i am crazy and i didn't see what i think i did.. can you shed some light and let me know what you think about it??? thanks, "
