"I served overseas in the military and worked alot around various types of aircraft. What the family and I witnessed that night was something out of this world. Our 7 yr old son saw the object first and pointed it out. We stopped the car in road and watched for approx. 5 minutes until the object went from what I thought at first was a helicopter hovering to shooting off into the night sky and out of sight within 1 sec. I still can't put that any better. It was never seen again. The object was covered with several flashing lights that appeared to flash multi-colored and flashed in a circular motion around object. It was hovering just above a radio tower near the road when we approached it."
