Witness Testimony

"This morning around 4:15am (pitch black dark outside.I walked out of the house heading for work. as i am walking to my truck i looked west, up in the sky about 370-450 above a neighbors house (which is about 600-700 feet away from my house) and saw a very beautiful bright diamond sitting stationary just hovering, no spinning or movement or sound. i new instantly it wasn't a star it was way to close, wasn't a plane drone or helicopter. it was perfectly quite. i tried to snap a few picture with my phone but it wouldn't focus for some reason so the shot i have is garbage, not worth uploading. i watched it for about 7 or 8 minutes just chilling in the sky but i was already running late to work so i really had to leave. it was still there as i was pulling out the driveway. i've been observing curious things in daviess county skies for years now. this is my first time reporting. and will report more when i see them, as i seem to see them quite frequently."
