Witness Testimony

"Blue White streak avross north east sky then followed by two round blue flashes of light. The blue flashes of light had a blue center with white rings around it and was a perfect circle in descending order into the trees. First witnessed something that look like a blue comet with a white LED looking color. Then saw the two circular flashes separate from the blue streaking light across the sky. Occurred around 845 pm central time. Sky was clear. Occurred while traveling north on I 69 around mile marker 17 and appeared to the right of the expressway. "
