" 11/11/16 Herod IL 8:30 Strange smoke/vapor trail over the Ohio River. Color white.A plume of smoke/vapor/trail was seen by 2 witnesses on 11/11/16 looking south from the Herod IL, Hwy 34, toward the Ohio River. Witnesses did not see if it came from the ground up or sky downward. The trail of white smoke/gas/vapor lasted about 5 min. Never seen anything close to this. "
