"As I was driving southbound on 41, heading towards Robards/Niagara, i saw this extremely bright light very high in the sky. It hovered for most of the time, but as i got closer it made its departure. It moved quickly; like no other aircraft I've ever seen. Faster than a helicopter, but it seemed to have a small light on what looked like a tail on the aircraft. The light was the brightest light i have ever seen. Much brighter than any star or light i have seen"
