Witness Testimony

"On most clear nights i've witnessed 1-4star like objects that seem to be miles above . they look as though a dim star was floating. most but not all fade out before traveling across the sky. one actually left a short meteor-like streak before disappearing. i've used satellite and iss apps hoping for an explanation with no results. nor are they aircraft. aircraft have strobe lights these do not blink at all. i come outside to smoke about once an hour after sundown til midnight is when this occurs. i can't be the only one seeing this."
