Witness Testimony

"I was taking my dogs out to use the bathroom. it was right before 7am, so still dark out in january. i have a passion for looking at stars and the night sky, so i always look up and attempt to view stars and figure out which ones they are. when i looked up, i saw a very bright large star. i continued to stare at it because it was so large, i didn't know what star it could be. then it blinked once and faster than anything i've ever seen, shot back up into space. i stood, baffled, staring at the sky in the frigid cold january air for 10 minutes. my eyes were glued to the sky. i have no idea what this was and would love for someone to tell me. it wasn't an airplane, it wasn't a satellite, it wasn't a shooting star, meteor, or comet!! please, what could this have been? otherwise, i'm convinced, i saw a ufo! "
