Witness Testimony

"About 9pm i went to window, saw the light ( looked like a star ) but it was really low to ground...Maybe 1,000 ft up. i filmed it for 15 minutes, and it started out over my apt's about 5,000 ft maybe...And proceeded to go lower and lower, and moved very slowly, almost stationary looking. it moved from one part of the sky to another within 15 min. it was not a plane, nor a helicopter or jet. it looks like a star...But does not act like one, in my opinion. this same star seems to come around, not on a regular basis. i videoed it w/ my cell phone. i'm used to that particular "star" coming around my apt's at night, so i never get afraid. once i was in my vehicle and it seemed like that same "star" was "communicating w/ me back...As i was using my headlights, turning them off an on randomly. the "star" was doing the same,...It would blink out, and then come back very bright or just fade a little. but it would shrink to a red ball many times. that is when i drew the "happy face" on my windshield. then a few months later i saw that "happy face" in the volcano pic that came out on internet. maybe that was just a coincidence i suppose. anyways, i try to make sense of things first, before i report to mufon...I just don't know if its a star or not. thank u all for the great work u do ! mufon is important for alot of people. blessings ~"
