Witness Testimony

"My husband and i were traveling to dc to take a tour of the white house when we observed an odd blue in the night sky that appeared stationary and seemingly translucent "hovering" over the interstate. only a few days later, dc was on lockdown due to an airspace violation. cnn first said "blob" but military pilots reported birds. this is b.S. the gov't blamed the "false" alarm on old equipment and mistake of radar observer. no way. we were only able to observe the "light" for a minute or so before passing under it and then traveling away from the area. i realize eyewitness testimony is faulty but i do have training and experience in situational awareness and analytical thinking under stress. i have lived in the area for 17 years, worked as a police officer and i have never seen anything like this.
