Witness Testimony

"This evening at @ 7:50 p.M., still daylight, i was reading on my back porch. full moon was out high in the mostly cloud-less sky. i saw a dark object barely moving several degrees below the moon. looking through my 10x50 carson binoculars, it looked like a black four-fan drone with a couple of red navigation lights. except it disappeared--i lowered my binoculars to look at it with my naked eyes and it wasn't there, could not subsequently locate it looking with both binoculars and naked eye. it did not have time even to drop out of the sky. i had an unobstructed view from the moon to the horizon. i could have seen it had it gone in any direction. i thought i should report it tonight. i was able to view it interchangeably with naked eye and binoculars a could of times before it disappeared. very puzzling."
