Witness Testimony

"On the nightof Aug 31 2022, I was talking with a friend at his home in a very rural small KY town. We were standing on the side walk near his house when we noticed something flying over the mountains in the distance however we did not pay any attention to it. However, 15-20 seconds later it was right over our heads and we both looked at it at the same time and instantly knew it was not any type of conventional aircraft. No noise ( altitide was very low approx 2000-2500 ft in complete daylight not a cloud in the sky ), no lights, no wings, rotors, engines of any type and it was going very slow....estimated 50 MPH or less and it moved in a very strange way. I proceeded to take 7 photographs that show a classic disc shaped object with an obvious plasma type distortion that surrounds the entire craft and you can even see bright colors in the photographs. There are no images like this any where on the internet and I would love to have someone analyze them further to see if they can extract maximum detail from the images. I also immedialtely after the encounter checked my Flight Radar app on my phone and there was nothing close to our location during that time.
