Witness Testimony

"Walked outside to walk my dog late at night and saw a what looked like a star that was oddly bright red and stationary. this was unlike anything i have ever seen at that altitude (seemed like it was a close star in the sky) but at least 20,000 - 30,000 ft in the skyline. suddenly, the "star" turned green and continued to be stationary ( 4-5 seconds) before it began moving westerly quickly, stopped and became stationary again for 1-2 seconds, then turned red again then traveled east quickly, stopped and was stationary again for 10-15 seconds or more. then became and stayed green for several seconds as it stayed stationary. it then reverted west again for a short time then immediately fell (or traveled) south down past the horizon out of sight. i have never gone out at night and witnessed in the high sky (where one would look at the stars) and see a definitive red star (like the color of a red light at a traffic light) just sitting in the sky. as i looked and asked myself, "what is that!?", i realized it was very unusual. that is when it turned green and i became fixated on watching it as long as i could track it. i have lived here at this address for two years and have never seen anything like this in the sky or star gazing. it was a very unusual experience. "
