Witness Testimony

"I was sitting in the living room watching the uk florida football game,when the dark object in my right palm started getting hot, and tingle, and when it does this, i know what's going to happen, i'm going to see them yet again. this makes 7 times since august 2011 ,when was the first time i saw this dark triangular craft. the starting last may i've seen this craft 6 times, and august of last year is when i know for a fact i'm missing time, a lot of time, nearly 4 hours, and this is when i noticed i had something in the palm of my right hand. each and every time i have seen this craft since then, this thing in the palm of my hand heats up, and tingles. the craft is what i can tell the exact one i've seen over the years. i've tried to take pictures and videos, but my cameras will not work, but when they are gone, they work fine. i don't know what to do, or who to turn to. the very first time i reported this was last year in may, but i reported it to the nation ufo reporting center ,and this is the second time i've reported it. i hope you can help me,cause i am scared, i do t know who to turn to. please help me if you can.
