"I was outside after the news to observe , and noticed the cylinder come in from the west, it stopped and the dome light came on then was turned off and a red then blue light flashed off/on down the side of the cylinder and then a bright white light on the bottom came on/off. the sequence was repeated for a minute or so. off to the left of the cylinder maybe 3-400 yards a star like object appeared and a beam of light shot to the cylinder for a few seconds 2-3 seconds only and the cylinder exited west at a high rate of speed and disappeared. the star light object stayed just a few seconds and was gone."
