SIGHTING: OTTAWA (CANADA)

Witness Testimony

"I was merging onto HWY 416 from HWY 417 in Ottawa Canada when I noticed this jagged semi circle object about 1.5 - 2 times the size of a commercial plane and maybe 1,000 - 2,000 feet in the air. It was heading north and I was continuing on the highway south bound. There were 3 white lights clustered near the center of the craft and 1 towards each end of the craft and there was one red light in the center behind the middle white light. The best way to describe the shape of the craft would be a stealth bomber. However to the best of my knowledge the Canadian military does not possess any aircraft like that and it would be highly unlikely it would be flying over a city in that low altitude. Also the speed of the craft was very strange. It should have passed me in the sky more quickly however it seemed to be moving very slow almost like it was gliding through the sky. The last point I will make is that in the 30 seconds I was able to observe the craft before it got behind me and I was unable to track it since the road turned there were no strobes on the craft which would accompany any commercial or private aircraft"
