Witness Testimony

"5:47pm ottawa, canada dec 16, 2018 ufos were only noticed after looking at photos after the fact. i was really taking pictures of bank street in ottawa, canada (looking north towards the parliament buildings). ufos appeared to be above canada's parliament buildings or gatineau hills across the river in the province of quebec. i have a series of about 7 or 8 photos indicating the green orbs were moving (they changed position from one photo to another). there were four or five green orbs to start, then a larger orb plus circular array of lights appearing soon after. the twelve lights on the circular array may have been rotating around the circumference, not sure. the large orb to the left of the mothership is about five times bigger than the lights around the edge of the mothership. the large orb was about two and a half craft-lengths away from the main ship (circle of lights). there is another craft (with 3 luminous ribs) below the main ship. the greenish orbs were sometimes semi-luminous and partially hidden by clouds and must have been "dancing" around telling by their position-changes on the still photos."
