"My son and i were comet hunting tonight. super clear sky. tons of stars. however we saw two v shaped objects fly over us flying east to west no sound and disappeared quickly. my hobby is astronomy. i know satellites i know jets and aircraft. i know birds including geese and ducks. freaked us out. not our imagination. we both saw them. we had to ask each other many times what each other saw. afraid to report it. it seems crazy. but we know what we both saw. don't know altitude. but these were absolutely silent and fast! distorted the stars as they flew over head. seemed translucent but could see a shape. freaked us out. stopped comet hunting. we had enough for the night. seems surreal. but it really happened. "
