Witness Testimony

"Around 10pm on April 16th 2017, I had been soaking in my hot tub in my backyard for a solid hour. My eyes were well adjusted to the darkness. The sky was calm and partly overcast but you could see pockets of dark skies above with stars. I was getting done with my soak and cleaning up. The clouds had broken and I happened to be staring directly overhead looking at the stars. Suddenly, with NO sound, a massive arc (appx 35-40' across -or larger-) sped right over my house at an unbelievable speed. The arc could not have been more than 300' off the ground. Very low and silent. What really caught my eye was that the arc was DARKER than the clouds & starry sky behind it. It blotted out the stars as it moved. There was a faint shimmery orange on the 'front' of the arc as if it was reflecting the orange city lights below but the rest of the arc was smooth & matte black. It had a misty light dispersion behind it where the stars came back in view. It was heading North directly from the south, when at the very last minute it made a hard ANGULAR Easterly turn towards USAF Base McChord in Tacoma. I only saw it for about 10-15 seconds before it disappeared behind the forested hills. I was raised around aviation my whole childhood... this was NOT a conventional craft."
