"I was standing in my balcony at around 9:30 pm talking on the phone. It was raining and I just happened to look towards d adjecent building wall. That is the time I saw two faint circular objects moving together with lights below it as if there are torches attached below it. From whatever I could understand the objects didn't look big. Could even be a drone. But thought that its worth registering as drone currently don't come with torches attached beneath it. Another possible explanation would be that we have military airbase near by. Could be a military drone exercise as the airforce does a lot of maneurvers here over our colony "
