"Spotted a flashing light darting across the shore. Then a second one. Then they moved rapidly up and down, across etc. Faster than a plane or helicopter could move. They darted back and forth for probably about 10 minutes and then disappeared. Observed by both myself and my husband. We are located in Prince Edward County at the point of land opposite Amherst Island. The lights were seen near Sandhurst Shores, Ontario. Alaine"
