"At 715 am in the northern sky an orb moving and rotating silently was seen hovering about 7500 feet. Bright red turning to bright white yellow then black. Starting moving southward until bearly overhead. Afterwhich it sped off faster than anything ive evervseen. Moreover, in a country that rarely has commercial or military aircraft, i have no explanation what is was. "
