Witness Testimony

"Was walking the dog in front of my house at 7:38 and heard a low flying private jet(stright wing, like a lear jet, think that it might have had auxcillary fuel tanks on the tips of the wings.) just north of my house, making a banking turn from the north west to the north east. inside the turing radius, i saw 2 separate brigth orange lights coming in from the nnw and then stopping and what appears to be hovering for 10-15 seconds as the private jet made its turn. then the one orange light moved away toward the north until it was out of site (maybe 5 seconds to do so) and the other orange light just seemed to fade away. tried to take pictures with my cell phone but wasn't able to. might have been able to get it on my cell phone video, but only after the last objest was fading away (and after the jet flew past and the other objest had already gone). video file attached (small dot above house), although the actural light appears much bigger and brigher in real life. fyi: i do live in the glide path for both tampa internaional and st. pete international airports, and i have seen hundreds of aircraft come and go, but this incident was intirely different."
