Witness Testimony

"Was not witnessed by me, according to the person who took video,he looked out his window late one night and saw a sphere shaped object jumping around the sky appearing here then there then move again very quickly,woke up his daughter to see it then grabbed his phone then recorded short video, which he sent to me through email.The clarity of my video was not as clear as his was on his i phone.When i saw the actual footage you could see a small star like object sitting still,then started to glow super bright,similar to welding arc,then shot into the sky very fast.I watched video over and over and was beyond belief."
